The location was acceptable , near the castle.

The bed was not very comfortable and I could not sleep well. Someone opened the door with a key early in the morning while I was still sleeping. Staff acted like they did not believe me , they did not apologize for an incident .

the location allowed easy access to many attractions with just a short walk i noted the cleanliness of the room upon arrival the breakfast buffet presented many options for selection i found the staff provided quick helpful responses to any request i made.

the bathroom was a touch compact i did notice this when i was trying to get ready in the morning it wasn't a major issue but it was definitely noticeable to me.

the location is great. it is very close to the center. i found the breakfast nice. the staff is friendly.

The air conditioning unit was loud. it was hard to sleep because of it. the toilet was placed right in front of the sink. This made it hard to stand there. the beds were sadly not very comfortable. I didn't sleep well.

the room was rather small i found it difficult to maneuver with my luggage the air conditioning was also quite noisy it made it hard to get a good night's sleep i had to turn it off completely and the temperature was not ideal the toilet's placement was awkward i could barely stand comfortably in front of the sink these factors did detract from the overall experience at this hotel
