Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a great stay at the hotel, facing the park and just a short walk to the castle and main square. The rooms were absolutely nice, and the service was top-notch. Although the dining was a bit rushed, the food was seriously yummy. The facilities were excellent, making it a comfortable and convenient choice.
The hotel had beautiful, albeit quite small, rooms with a very large comfortable bed, but the size might be tight for two adults. The breakfast was really nice, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was exceptionally helpful, organizing trips before arrival, including taxis. The location was excellent, just outside the grounds of the Old Town and seconds away from Wawel Castle, perfect for easy access to major sightseeing spots. The dining experience was excellent, with a good choice of high-quality ingredients. However, the rooms were a bit small for a twin room, and some staff members were a bit rude.
The hotel offers clean, well-equipped rooms with comfortable queen beds. While the room felt a bit smaller than expected from the photos, it didn't bother me much as we were out exploring most of the time. The service was friendly and extremely helpful, with daily amenities provided. The location is convenient, just a quick walk from Wawel Castle and the old town, although there were some minor booking system discrepancies. The dining was exceptional, with a varied and changing breakfast menu each day. Overall, a great value for money stay with a prime location and top-notch service.
The hotel is ideally situated near the center with a lovely park view. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything needed for a short stay, although a bit small with no significant view. The service is top-notch, from the cozy room vibe to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, being a short walk from the center but offering a picturesque view of the park. The dining experience is exceptional with a diverse menu and freshly baked goods. Overall, a great value for money choice in Krakow.
The hotel offers comfortable and affordable rooms with a really nice breakfast but may feel a bit small for couples. The staff is very polite and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location is great, close to sightseeing spots and restaurants, with the only inconvenience being a possible booking system issue. The dining experience is delightful with friendly service and a variety of delicious options. The facilities provide all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
